OUR STORY

White Tree Farm is a family-run farm in Statesville, North Carolina, crafting fresh goat cheese from the milk of our own dairy goats.

From Our Farm to Your Table

White Tree Farm began with a love for the farm, the animals, and the quality of fresh goat cheese. We believe that great products start with a deep respect for the land and the livestock that sustain it.

Every batch of our cheese starts with milk from our own dairy goats, raised right here in Statesville. Crafted in small batches with meticulous care, our process ensures that every tub delivered to your table is honest, clean, and grounded in our commitment to quality.

The Goats Behind the Cheese

Our dairy goats are at the center of what we do. Their milk is the foundation for our goat cheese, and caring for the herd is part of the daily rhythm of the farm. While our primary focus is cheese-making, we also occasionally sell goats to approved buyers who share our commitment to animal welfare.

Local Roots, Wider Reach

White Tree Farm goat cheese is available through our online shop and through select local stockists. We are proud to work with North Carolina shops, vineyards, wineries, markets, and farm stores that share our products with their customers.
