Storage & Serving
How should I store the goat cheese when it arrives?
Place the goat cheese in the refrigerator when it arrives. If it is still partially frozen or very cold, that is normal.
Can I freeze the goat cheese?
Yes. Our goat cheese can be kept frozen until you are ready to thaw and enjoy it.
How should I serve it?
Serve chilled or let it soften slightly before spreading on crackers, bread, toast, sandwiches, or using in recipes.

What size are the containers?
White Tree Farm goat cheese is sold in 4 oz containers.
Why are the bundles made with 4 oz containers?
Our bundles use 4 oz containers because those are our approved labeled product sizes.
Do you sell smaller sample packs?
Not at this time. Our current approved packaging is 4 oz containers.
Are all flavors available year-round?
Yes. Our current goat cheese flavors are available year-round.
Goat Milk
Do you sell goat milk?
White Tree Farm does not currently sell goat milk. We use our milk to make our goat cheeses and cheese products.
Why do you not sell goat milk?
In North Carolina, raw milk cannot be sold for human consumption. At this time, our milk is more valuable to the farm as goat cheese and cheese products.
